Access and usage conditions for electronic journals
The access to electronic journals licensed by the IOW takes place by checking of the IP address of the PC access is requested from. Licensed journals can only be accessed from the IOW network and are marked with a yellow traffic light. A red/yellow traffic light means that a journal has limited access, usually the current year cannot be viewed. Explanations are provided in the Electronic Journals Library.

Online + Print
Some journals are available as a print and as an online edition.
National licenses
A lot of electronic journals, especially older volumes, are accessible due to national licences sponsored by the "Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft".
