Internal Equal Opportunities Commission

With the etablishment of an internal equal opportunities commission, the conditions have been created to implement policies on equality between male and female employees in the IOW, to promote the advancement of women in all levels of work and to create family-friendly working conditions.
The internal equal rights committee supports the work of the equal opportunity officer and administration.
The internal equal rights committee under the leadership of the director meets quarterly.
