Hotel and Youth Hostels

The listed hotels are located in Warnemünde, Rostock and Lütten Klein, which differ in their distance to the conference events (see map above). However, the S-Bahn (local train) runs frequently (every 10 - 15 min during most of the day) between Warnemünde and Rostock, stopping at Parkstraße station (directly next to the conference hall, Audimax) and passing through Lütten Klein. The last trains leave Rostock main station at 0.04 a.m. and Warnemünde at 0.37 a.m.

For those people staying in Rostock hostels or hotels, trams number 3 and 6, and buses number 24 and 25 stop directly at the conference hall (stop: Parkstrasse)

For some hotels and hostels special deals are available for people attending the conference. However, please note that only a limited number of rooms are available at these special prices, and a deadline date for making these reservations is in place for most hotels.
