Presentation instructions

Oral presentations

Please prepare your talk to fit in a 20 minutes time slot, INCLUDING approximately 5 minutes of discussion. The chairs of each session will strictly check your timing!

Laptops and projectors as well as assistance for technical support are available in the lecture hall. We recommend all speakers to check their presentation in advance. Please submit your presentation before your session will start. All presentations will be loaded onto our computers and will be deleted after the talks.

Poster presentations

The poster session schedule is distributed to all participants during conference check-in.

Poster boards (available at the conference site) are suitable for A0,
landscape format (1189 x 841 mm).
